
Fundamentals is a whole-form class in which we review the Tai Chi form from beginning to end, with an emphasis on deepening your embodiment of the core Tai Chi principles. Special attention is given to the feet, legs, and hips—the foundation that supports balance, ease, and power throughout the form. As with any art, strong fundamentals create the conditions for confidence, refinement, and continued growth. This class is ideal for students who want to strengthen their base and bring greater awareness and integration to their practice.
Open to those who have completed the Basic Form (B1, B2, B3)
