
Join us to continue your Tai Chi journey with our Beginning 3 (B3) class, where you’ll learn the final third of Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s Yang Style Short Form. This course focuses on teaching the core principles of relaxation, balance, and posture, helping you build strength and mindfulness as you continue on.
This class is open to those who’ve already completed the Beginning 1 (B1) and Beginning 2 (B2). With step-by-step instruction, you’ll continue to develop your form and discover how this timeless practice can improve your physical health, mental clarity, and sense of calm.
