Welcome to the Tai Chi Foundation Free Live Online Classes Schedule.
Here you will find ZOOM classes led by senior teachers in our school. When you select an online live class you will be redirected to the class organizer. You will then be sent an invitation to the class and instructions on how best to experience the class. These classes are free, but if you wish to support the work of the Tai Chi Foundation, a not for profit organization, you can make a Donation.
The following classes are suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to experienced tai chi practitioners.

Join us for practice rounds – first thirds and whole form.

Intermediate Form Rounds, Tuesdays at 12 pm ET
Seattle | Quiet Morning Rounds
Every day at 7:30 am PT
This practice session consists of 3 times through the first third, then 2 times through the whole form, led by a rotating cast of Seattle apprentice teachers.
