Gather your energy
It is the season of winter,
a special time for calling extra attention
to staying healthy or restoring your health.

In Chinese philosophy, yang and yin qi, aspects of ourselves,
are symbolized as twin children working a water wheel together and building up our reserves.
They are filled with qi, life, and joyful energy.
In this tuning, we will practice a few gentle qigong exercises that can help us build reserves of qi, which we can store in our kidneys and, eventually, our bones.
For 10 to 21 minutes per day, let’s tune into our inner nature together.
