Join us for a weekly Qigong class to cultivate calm, vitality, and resilience through mindful movement, breath, and intention. This ongoing Saturday series is rooted in the principles of Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s Tai Chi and offers gentle, flowing exercises designed to ground the body and increase mobility – ideal for all experience levels.
Each session will guide you through simple movements that support your body’s natural energy, improve balance, and deepen your connection to the present moment. Whether you want to begin a healing movement practice or enrich your existing one, this class provides a steady rhythm of support and spaciousness.
Taught by a rotating team of Senior NY School of Tai Chi Chuan teachers, Greg Woodson, Tina Curran, George Kormendi, and Steve Shulman
