Tai Chi Nash offers classes from Beginning Form through Sensing Hands. Class meets at the Friends Meeting Nashville on Saturday morning and Tuesday evening.

Our teaching team includes Peggy Watson, Anna Teeples, and Laura Harper. Peggy is our Senior teacher who has been with the School since its formation. She also works as a Five Elements acupuncturist. Anna began her teaching in 2019. Professionally, she designs homes using western and eastern influences, like feng shui. Retiring from a career in nursing, Laura became a new teacher in 2022.
