
This class is for students who already know the entire Yang Style Short Form and are ready to deepen their practice through careful review and refinement.
Rather than learning new choreography, we return to the form with fresh attention. Each week we explore the postures, transitions, and principles that give Tai Chi its depth – relaxation, rooting, alignment, breath, and continuity of movement.
Working through the form slowly and methodically, students develop greater clarity, stability, and ease. Subtle details begin to emerge, allowing the form to feel more connected and alive from beginning to end.
This course supports the shift from simply knowing the sequence to embodying the practice.
