
One of the hardest parts of tai chi is establishing a regular practice. This “class” helps you do that with free morning practice sessions five days a week from 7am to 9am ET Monday through Friday. Students and teachers at ALL levels are welcome. Even if you know only two positions, we will make this time productive (and fun!) for you. Feel free to stay for the full two hours…or for two minutes. Up to you. Take breaks when you want to (we will!) No teaching, but each participant gets to ask one question per day. May expand to seven days a week if people demand it.
