Qigong is our most useful tool in this era of instant fulfillment. A single move taken away from a single class and practiced can have a significant health/strength impact. I saw this as far back as when I was working with Patrick in the 80s. He would assign a single move to someone with great needs – usually very ill – and in few months I could see a great change. This is what Professor did also. Neither had time to put it this into a system and now we have that system!
